All taps supplied by PI Ltd are manufactured to the very highest quality to conform with all the relevant industry standards. Made from solid brass, they are covered by a five-year warranty against defects. This guarantee reflects the manufacturer’s confidence and investment into in-line testing at the factory before the products are packed.

Water control valves are rigorously tested to ensure consistency of performance and all working parts are covered by a two year warranty. If spare parts are required, these can be obtained next-day by a phone call to our helpline below or by e-mailing us. Commonly used replacement parts are listed on the Spares page of this site. All our staff are technically trained to help you install and maintain your tap properly – just call our help-line.

Kitchen taps are available in a range of solid colour and granite finishes to co-ordinate with your work-surface or sink. These finishes are guaranteed for twelve months. Chrome and brushed metal finishes, created using pressurised vapour deposition and in state-of-the art chrome plating plants, are also guaranteed for twelve months.
